Let's sum things up...
1. As you know, they sent me a very important device: it came not working.
2. The courier that had to bring it back came without notice, and came without the spedition receipt, promising me to send it using postage. Never got it.
3. Today I got a mail from Amazon saying that they did not got the device back, so 90% of chances I will have to pay again for it because I am without the spedition receipt.
4. ... and another package that I ordered never came, even when on their website is written:"You should have got it days ago"...
